The OCIC held our Annual Meeting and Holiday Reception on Wednesday, December 6 at the Genoa Civic Theatre with food provided by Rayz Cafe. The meeting included a Year in Review including the BRE Program, OhioMeansJobs, Firelands Forward and Business Advisory Council. Chris Singerling, Executive Director, also gave an update on the Strategic Plan.
The 2024 Slate of Officers were presented as follows:

- At-Large Director: Keith Smith, Materion Brush
Emily Rockwell, HR Manager for Materion Brush, spoke about the Young Women Lead Program and the conference taking place March 21, 2024. Genoa Administrator Tom Bergman welcomed everyone and provided a historic background on the Village of Genoa.
