OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
The Ottawa County Improvement Corporation (OCIC) serves as the lead economic and workforce development agency for Ottawa County. The mission of the organization is to advance, encourage and promote the industrial, economic, commercial and civic development of Ottawa County.
Our dynamic economic and workforce development organization is seeking an energetic and team-oriented individual to join our team as the Office Administrator. As a key contributor to our mission, we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for community-focused initiatives and possesses a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others through their work. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to becoming a part of a growing organization.
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the administrative needs of the organization in a professional and confidential manner. This role necessitates the ability to multitask efficiently while handling various administrative duties to support the organization’s mission. The Office Administrator’s primary focus will be maintaining an organized and efficient workplace, coordinating office communication, and providing exceptional support to all team members to promote a collaborative and productive environment.
