The Ottawa County Improvement Corporation (OCIC) serves as the lead economic and workforce development agency for Ottawa County. The mission of the organization is to advance, encourage and promote the industrial, economic, commercial and civic development of Ottawa County.

Our dynamic economic and workforce development organization is seeking an energetic and team-oriented individual to join our team as the Office Administrator. As a key contributor to our mission, we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to strengthening our communities, supporting local businesses and workforce initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of our organization. The Office Administrator is responsible supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization and providing professional, confidential, and responsive administrative support to staff, partners, and stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Office Administrator’s primary responsibilities include accounting and bookkeeping functions, maintaining an organized and efficient workplace, and providing administrative support that contributes to a professional, collaborative, and productive work environment.
