The Ottawa County Department of Job & Family Services is soliciting competitive proposals for procurement of a Regional Strategic Workforce and Economic Recovery Plan. The finished plan will include an inventory of employee skills within a four county region (Huron, Ottawa, Sandusky and Seneca Counties), as well as identifiable steps to achieve economic growth and stability within the region in terms of expanding industry, attracting new industries and keeping and attracting new talent to the region with skill sets that will help existing industries compete in a global economy.
