OWN YOUR SEAT
Leadership doesn’t begin or end with a job title. Own Your Seat explores what it means to lead with confidence and purpose through every season of life — from the workplace and career growth to marriage, motherhood, relationships, and the responsibilities women carry every day. This keynote encourages women to recognize their value, trust their voice, embrace the challenges that shape them, and confidently own their seat wherever life places them.
Your voice matters. Your experiences matter. Your seat is yours to own.
Rebekah Zimmerman, JD, PCC
Rebekah Zimmerman has built a full life and taken her seat in many rooms. Her path spans design school, law school, graduating magna cum laude, a legal career, serving as general counsel, owning a family business, and building Wine Flight from the ground up. Along the way, she earned her pilot’s license, became a sommelier, and welcomed motherhood.
Yet even in the midst of a full life, Rebekah knew what it was like to appear capable on the outside while wrestling with self-doubt and a growing sense of disconnection from herself. That tension—between how she appeared and how she felt—led her to look beneath her self-doubt and explore the ways women learn to trust—or question—their own voices.
Today, those questions shape Rebekah’s work as the founder of The Liberation Practice, where she helps women navigate complexity without losing themselves in the process. In Own Your Seat, she brings that work to the rooms women occupy every day: the places where they contribute, make decisions, speak up, lead, and build relationships.
You can be the person others rely on and still question your own place in the room. Own Your Seat speaks to that tension. Drawing on her own experiences and coaching work, Rebekah invites attendees to explore the beliefs shaping their self-worth, the ways they trust—or doubt—themselves, and what it might mean to let themselves be fully seen and heard in the roles they hold today. This interactive keynote may include moments to reflect and practice with one another, so come ready to take part in the experience.
This is about more than confidence. It’s about liberation—and exploring what it means to fully own your seat.
